Rich has almost 40 years as an executive in key roles of sales management, marketing, product management, operations at GE before becoming CEO of former Champlain Capital portfolio company S.R. Smith, LLC. Under Rich’s guidance S.R. Smith grew from $30M to $128M which included eight acquisitions and business operations in Australia/Asia Pacific and the EU. Rich received a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Minnesota State University.
